Sophia Webber​, BS

Sophia Webber is the Project Manager of Collective Insight’s Training and Support Division. As Project Manager, Sophia designs and implements engagement training and tools, and develops engagement content, such as podcasts, videos, and more. Sophia draws on our PAE Attention Framework and her experience coordinating and facilitating engagement across projects, including Steering Committees, Workgroups, and key engaged partnerships, to develop accessible engagement training that speaks to real engagement processes.


Since joining our team in 2018, Sophia has supported diverse engagement initiatives by developing educational materials, conducting web-based research, and facilitating engagement. She works directly with a range of partners, including people with lived experience, providers, researchers, policymakers, and program advocates to implement effective engagement strategies that meet the unique needs of the communities they serve. Through technical and academic writing and virtual platform design, Sophia works with the Collective Insight team to expand our engagement resources while centering accessibility. Sophia received a Bachelor of Science degree in Community and Environmental Sociology as well as certificates in Global Health, Food Systems, and Gender and Women’s studies from the University of Wisconsin- Madison. Sophia graduated in May 2022 with multiple honors and is a Troxell-Glicksman Awardee. She lives in Madison, WI where she enjoys working with her community garden and running by the nearby lakes.
